Please read these terms carefully before registering for iMove Premium or using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing iMove Premium, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to register for iMove Premium.

3. Membership

iMove Premium is a one-time payment of £99 GBP that grants lifetime access to our member benefits, partner directory, and exclusive offers. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the indicated amount.

Refund policy: Due to the immediate digital nature of access granted upon payment, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us within 14 days at hello@imovedxb.com and we will work to resolve it.

5. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

6. Use of Partner Services

iMove acts solely as an introducer between members and independent service partners (visa agents, real estate, banks, schools, movers, etc.). We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a partner. Partners are responsible for the services they provide, their pricing, terms, quality, and compliance with applicable law.

While we vet partners before listing them, we make no warranty regarding the outcome of any service you obtain from a partner. Any disputes about partner services should be raised directly with that partner; we will assist where reasonably possible.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
  • Share partner coupon codes or member-only content publicly.
  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
  • Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the iMove platform — including text, graphics, logos, partner listings, and software — is owned by iMove or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMove's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your membership. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
